Freshly baked bread and rolls, Vulcano ham, salmon from Franz Kulmer, cheese from the Riegersburg Fromagerie, homemade spreads, various egg dishes, soups, a variety of seasonal main courses, salads, desserts, coffee, a wide selection of teas, fruit juices and lots more. STEAK DINNER

Every Thursday and Saturday from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m. you can order T-bones, porterhouses, fillets and other steaks featuring Starzenberger Dry Aged Beef in the Genusshotel Restaurant.

Our beef hangs for at least 30 days in the special climate of our own dry ager. Perfectly mature, full-flavoured, firm to the bite and tender on the tongue is the way it is presented on your plate.
